Mental Health 101 Workshop

In this session, students will appreciate what mental health is, who has mental health, how they can take care of it, and what the difference between mental health and mental illness is. Students will learn what coping techniques and self-care activities are, and will be encouraged to come up with their own plan to cope with stress.
